HENRY has implemented strict protocols based on the recommendations of the CDC, ADA, and OSHA, to ensure that we’re the safest place you can go for your dental needs. We’ve always upheld the highest standards in clinical protocols, and will continue to provide the best dental care and experience you’ve always enjoyed at HENRY.
Below are the new guidelines we have put in place for the safety of our patients and team:
We have invested in additional medical grade air filtration systems and advanced hygiene sterilization protocols to minimize the amount of particulate in the air.
Our clinical team will undergo a daily screening prior to each shift, and maintain the highest grade of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) throughout their shifts.
Our office will conduct a pre-screen with all patients prior to any appointment. Patients will be asked those same questions again upon arrival in the practice.
All patients are required to participate in a fever check and wear a mask when entering the building, and entering into our practice. Your mask must remain on until the beginning of your treatment in the chair. Our staff will inform you when your mask can be removed.
Guests are not permitted to enter the practice with patients. If a patient under the age of 18 has an appointment, 1 parent or guardian is permitted to accompany the child.
Hand sanitizer will be made available at reception, and throughout the practice for use as needed.
Appointments will be staggered to allow for social distancing between patients.
We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time.
